Im just writing this to confirm everything said by terminallyconfused01. My biggest complaints were. 1.Swimming pool was not heated for 12 of the 14 days of the cruise. Ncl’s dawn is a logistical nightmare with basic cruise processes. The one tendering port process ran an average of 2 hours late and we were unable to go into dublin after our tour as a result of ncl’s incompetence. For an intressant way an nice stops to Atlantic Cruise. It was so much Below average that ncl should be ashamed, ship was not it´s best and stateroom was enough for 2 but was for4 , in that case there where no place to breathe or put your luggage. We missed 2 stops due to iceberg…compensation for that was 25 us???? Not even enough for 5 espresso…served in a paper cup for the price of 3.86 ...
