I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. Terrible entertainment with no real production show. Food in there free restaurants was awful. Again ...
Firstly…service was terrible. Fake smiles, eye rolling thinking I didn’t see. Could never find a waiter by pool area. Surprise charges on my bill and when asked to explain they seemed irritated that I ask. Saw my cabin steward twice. Room was never cleaned properly.
Food was tasteless, and same most days.
Drinks were mixed differently all the time. Some made with vodka when it should have ...
First off, the ship was way too crowded. You can't walk out of the stateroom without having to push people away. The main pool was literally more human than the actual water in the pool. The slides and ropes coarse were closed the whole time for some reason, and we were charged random daily fees that we didn't know about ($80 a day). Worst of all, we didn't even go to our last location because of ...
This was the first of many mother-daughter cruises I was going on with my daughter, and I can honestly say Hands-down, one of the worst experiences I ever had over. Over charged my cards multiple times. The food was horrible. Customer service was horrible, Staffs pick and choose who they want to help, food has no taste. When you ask questions they give you the run around. I will never ever take an ...
We have cruised multiple times with multiple cruise lines this was such a disappointment to our group of 10 and a 16 month old. I will make this easy to review:
1. Long waits for everything
2. Since the casino is so large and covers so much of the 6th floor on the boat there is a constant smell of cigarette smoke on the floors above and below.
3. The kiddy pool is the size of a blowup ...
Just a fyi avoid Norwegian. Just got off the Norwegian Joy and my group has cruised the adventure twice and a few oasis class cruises and even a sailing on the old majesty of the seas. We were excited because the joy wasn't built until 2017. Our other option was another cruise on the adventure the seas. Our group didn't want to go on the adventure of the seas because we've done it twice and it was ...
This was my first cruise, and after this experience will also be my last.
We sailed Norwegian Breakaway out of New Orleans on march 10th.
This cruise was obviously overbooked, and understaffed. If you wanted to get your child into splash academy, you would have to be in line at the very least an hour early.
We waited in line for an hour to see Burn The Floor. We waited in line for at ...
The overall experience is ehhh. Carnival is better, Holland is better, genuinely any other cruise line besides Margaritaville is better. The food on Norwegian is pretty bad unless you go to a restaurant (that you pay extra at), the boat is insanely crowded, the excursions always leave late because the masses don’t show up on time, and the customer service is subpar. If you want to do anything ...
I have cruised other cruise lines several times. This was my first trip on Norwegian. The good thing about the ship was that we had a nice balcony room, that was soundproof even though near the elevators and stairs.
The rest was very poor.
1. Food was terrible. They did not even have the choices they listed on their website as their standard menu. They served the same core selections ...
Worst cruise we’ve been on by far for the following reasons:
- Booked a “club mini-suite” which was smaller than a standard room for some reason and had a metal wall on the balcony so we couldn’t see the water when seated. A vastly inferior room compared to a standard room at a cost of $1,000 more. Their justification was you get extra amenities like a bottle of cheap champagne (worthless with ...
