The service was mostly great most of staff were fun and friendly,our room person only replaced towels 30% of the time,had to go towel searching many times.
Food wasn’t very good. Only one meal that I would want again and that was Teppanyaki.

Our cruise from San Diego through the Panama Canal was almost perfect. With only 1600 passengers aboard, the ship was full of life and still had plenty of room to avoid lines and dance the night away.

Not stopping at Nicaragua changed the dynamic of the cruise. Too many days at sea. Also, no explanation or apology, just a note on arrival. Not acceptable

We have cruised on several other cruise lines, and this by far was our worst experience. In talking to other guests it seemed to be the consensus. Service overall on the entire ship was fair. I was charged for a bingo game that I did not attend, and come to find out didn't even exist. It took 4 times to guest services to get it fixed. My wife got a "free" cruise promotionn through the casino. It cost $3000. The "Free at Sea" promotion is a bad joke. We paid an extra $400 to use their airline reservations from Detroit to Miami. It seems you have to book a land tour with NCL or else you are held hostage on the ship till it crosses back through the locks. The 2 plus hours of going through the locks is a great experience.
