The departure from NYC was convenient and went well. Having sailed several times with Norwegian we were quickly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. Cup rings and greasy spots on furniture and bad smelling old bedding. Not a good start coming out of a pandemic. The staff was professional but seemed to have a lack luster attitude. Rooms are no longer serviced for turn down since the ...
This was our 5th NCL cruise and 12th overall. I did my research so I knew what I was getting into by choosing this ship but we went for this itinerary as we had never visited the ABC islands. I cancelled the Celebrity Millenium to go on the Epic to save a few bucks and use my CruiseNext deposits. Possibly not the best choice ....
Overall, it seemed apparent that NCL is cutting corners. Long ...
My wife and I chose this ship for several reasons: the itinerary, the time of year, Port Canaveral is close to our home and it was a new ship we wanted to experience. The pros: large staterooms, food was good and our stateroom attendant was excellent. The cons: the buffet was way undersized for the amount of passengers, as was the entertainment venues. The ship is a virtual labyrinth when it ...
Very disappointed
We booked this cruise last year to the ABC islands, my first and last Norwegian cruise. The EPIC ship recently refurbished- is ugly, dark, outdated, super crowded, service less than average, cabins extremely small, pools are a joke, what a disappointment! ☹️ i should have read all these reviews before booking. Skip this ship and save your money.
service at the Taste and ...
We are Sapphire members with Norwegian . We chose this cruise because we have never taken a Southern Carribean cruise.
We booked the Haven 2 bedroom Villa. We had the best time of our lives on this cruise.
Our Butler and Room attendant took very good care of our needs on the cruise. The concierge booked the specialty restaurant for us. We only went to Le Bistro which the food and waiters ...
At lunch and dinner the buffet is extremely small with no place to sit. The food court is nice but again not enough sitting place. The ship is super nice but the plubic area not design for 3900 guest. Been on many other NCL cruise ship this was the less enjoying experience even in the Haven area they have removed many amenities that you found on other ships. Very crowded compare to other NCL ...
I chose this cruise and the one the week before it , to get away from the Northern winter. The islands were familiar and I enjoyed them all. The ship itself was a lovely vacation zone for two weeks. I was in the studio cabin - for solo travelers. I loved it and was not sure I would as I am used to having a balcony. I am sold on the studio and the studio lounge. The studio lounge had coffee and ...
I chose this cruise because of an offer from a travel agent for a great deal on a studio cabin and a chance to meet other solo cruisers. Christine was able to get me a cabin just a few feet from the studio lounge, which was very convenient.
I liked this itinerary for the several excursions that involved animal interactions, such as Ocean World and Coral World. I also booked Ardastra Gardens, ...
Chose this cruise because of the timing and ports and ease out of Miami. This was a family reunion and it worked great. The embarkation was flawless and easy. Entertainment, especially The Choir Man, is well worth seeing. Some of the performers rivaled Broadway caliber. The Teppanyaki & Cagney Restaurant my favs. Cagney’s service was elegant while Terrpanyaki was hibachi fun. Chefs ...
We choose this line because had best offer including 2 for 1 Airfare, interesting ship for our grandchild and our first experience with NCL.
We loved it Food and Drinks were best compare to Royal Caribbean , princes and MSC . The service was excellent and there was a lots of energy on the ship .
We gave one star less because of small pool area but we knew beforehand it’s due Race track and ...
