We chose this ship because of the dates and the ports it was supposed to visit.
As it turns out, Hurricane Dorian was coming towards the New England and Canadian coasts. When I started traveling on cruise ship years ago, a travel agent told me : the most important factor for a cruise is the SHIP, destination and ports are are not important. In this case the Dawn should not be on top of your list.
