We picked this cruise out of Boston for the Canada and Maine destinations and enjoyed all five ports. Very unorganized from the gecko. Gave us incorrect boarding times for 3 longs weeks before sailing even when we called and asked online representatives. No one knows the answers or has control of anything. I am a gold latitudes member on Norwegian. My wife and I have been on at least 30 cruises on all different ships. This was the worst. Not one Norwegian person knew what they were doing. Dinner in the dining rooms took well over 2 hours. Sailed 8/21 - 8/28/2022 from New York to Canada. Mini Suite, Club Balcony, Midship.
Pros: Food very good. Abundance of staff. All very polite, friendly and efficient.
Ate mostly in TASTE restaurant which was smaller and intimate vs. the chaotic, noisy Manhattan Room. Good service - sometimes spotty due to lack of managerial leadership, but the staff were excellent.
