Very unorganized from the gecko. Gave us incorrect boarding times for 3 longs weeks before sailing even when we called and asked online representatives. No one knows the answers or has control of anything. Then 48 hours before sailing we get a text about change of boarding time which changes original choices of 9-3pm to 4-10pm and everyone is crammed on a 12 blocks horrendously long line to board ...

Sailed 8/21 - 8/28/2022 from New York to Canada. Mini Suite, Club Balcony, Midship.
Pros: Food very good. Abundance of staff. All very polite, friendly and efficient.
Ate mostly in TASTE restaurant which was smaller and intimate vs. the chaotic, noisy Manhattan Room. Good service - sometimes spotty due to lack of managerial leadership, but the staff were excellent.

Embarkation was fine. Fairly organized.

Embarkation was confusing due to discrepancies with Bermuda rules for testing. It it 4 days in advance. NCL - 3 days. On NCL webpage you can find statement - county rules supersedes NCL. Not so. Chose this cruise purely because we wanted to go to Bermuda and it leaves out of Boston. First of all the food was terrible, very bland mostly tasteless. We recently cruised on the Pearl to Bermuda and stayed in The Haven. We were excited about our first vacation since before the pandemic. We applied 30 days before the trip for our Bermuda Travel Authorization and took the proctored Covid tests. You have to take a test 2 days before embarkation, which is fine. I expected a GREAT cruise, especially to dock in Amsterdam, Bruges, and Paris (though of course not those exact cities). I was okay with Halifax, Reykjavik, Belfast, and Dublin, but little did I know.
