EMBARKMENT-- 4 hours in line. Ship was 3 hours late because of storm. They knew about storm night before but didn't call or email us. Elderly people crying in line as their legs were giving out and were not even offered a chair.

We chose this cruise to see the Fall colours in Canada. This was our first cruise with NCL and we had no reason to be biased. We should have a mixed review here. Maybe two or three out of five. The ports and onshore experiences were great. We sailed from NYC to Quebec City to see the fall colors. The room guy and many service people on the Dawn did a good job and were fun.
