Poor drink service near the pool. Waiters and waitresses rarely seen if ever.
Terrible layout on the pool deck, difficult to walk around.
Cagneys Steak House was terrible, 3 of 8 got the wrong meal. Drink waiter never showed up. A simple request for bread was forgotten or ignored. Nearly 3 hours for dinner. During that time was able to get 1 drink.

AMAZING CRUISE!!
The Escape is a beautiful ship,
there are plenty of activities if you choose.
We prefer to relax at The VIBE a private area with comfortable lounge chairs and a bar. Additional cost but well worth it.
The tube slide is great for both young and old! Be sure to give it a try.

We only chose to go on this because we had $250 nextcruise credit with NCL that was about to expire. Last time we sailed with them was in 2015 on the Breakaway and we were not too crazy about the service so we thought this would be our last cruise with NCL. The ship is huge! We ate most of our meals from the buffet because it was quicker. All the food was awesome with lots of choices. We chose this cruise because we had a limited time-frame to book and because it left out of NYC. I like that we don’t have to fly. We always park at the pier it’s $40 a day and it’s the closest parking. There are other options such as Uber and spot hero to find close parking but this works best for us. The restaurants had some of the worst food I have ever had and the service was terribly slow. It seemed like they bought the cheapest buffet food online and then tried to feed it to us! Half the buffet was closed almost all of the time and half of the golf course was closed off when we got there!
