NCL Joy October 22, 2022 Sailing NYC to Bermuda
So good to be back to sailing. We would not go until mask requirements were gone. I loved this ship, so much to do and so many venues. The entertainment was non stop every day. Country Band from Nashville in the "Q". Broadway Shows, comedians the best I HAVE EVER HEARD. The staff always on top of everything. The days at sea were filled ...
I chose this cruise with a friend because it fits into my end-of-year "burn vacation" strategy. NYC is easy to get to without flying.
The Joy was better than expected. I've previously been on the Escape and Breakaway. I had no complaints about the Joy. The food was very good, the bar staff was top-notch, and the entertainers were all excellent in their trade. I recommend visiting Lorvina ...
This was my 11th cruise with Norweigan , I was previously on Breakaway , Escape and Joy .
I was in cabin 8778 , a balcony room near Syds , my room attendant was excellent , he always had my room made up early in the morning and late at night . 10 out of 10 for attendant
I was onboard to see a friend who performed with Burn the Floor
I also put together the Meet and Greet with senior ...
Went on Joy to Norfolk & Bermuda & really enjoyed it. It was my 8th cruise but first one in 7 years. I took my 3 kids, 21, 21, 20 & they really enjoyed it as well. Had previously cruised NCL & was disappointed. Much different experience this time. Didn’t care for food previously, food was great this time. Ate in dining rooms 6 nights & 1 night at Cagney. Food in DR was really good & great at ...
We chose this cruise because we have never been to Bermuda and wanted to see it. We chose NCL Joy because we love cruising NCL and, once again, they did not disappoint.
We enjoyed a midship balcony cabin in perfect Bermuda weather.
Actually, our first port of call was Norfolk, VA. We did a self guided walking tour around the town and we enjoyed our time in this friendly, clean, quiet ...
I had originally booked this in 2019 on the Escape but we all knew how that went. Tried again for the Joy in 2021 but I guess that the 3rd time was a charm. We ended up switching our cabin to a two bedroom/two bath with a living room interior cabin. I didn’t miss the balcony at all. There were more closets, cabinets and room then you could imagine! Our steward Allan was very kind & efficient. He ...

The most cruises I’ve done is with NCL with this being my 29th voyage with the company. This was my third cruise back since COVID began with other experiences being on the Oasis of the Seas (October 2021) and ...
This is our 4th cruise since December 2021 and we have been on at least 15 cruises in the past 5 years. We usually cruise at least 10 + days. This was only a 7 day to Bermuda. We had a wonderful time. The food, the cabin, the entertainment, the people that made it happen were wonderful. The bartenders knew how to make a good drink. Even the passengers were nice and respectful of others. We found ...
This was my first cruise. The staff was incredible, the food was great, and the only main complaint I have is that an extra day in Bermuda would have been better than the day in Maine in my opinion.
Shout out to Rico, Helio, & Chi Chi at the champagne bar. Fantastic Personality, all smiles, delicious drinks and made us feel like we've known them for years. Can't wait to book another ...
We have done this cruise many times on NCL, but this was our first time back since the pandemic. Like everyone else we were just so happy to be on the cruise, most were repeat customers lots of people from Massachusetts.
There was lots of hoops to jump through and lots of nail biting because of the pandemic, getting tested four days before, e-mailing the results and vaccination records to ...
