Traveling with my husband -- our very first cruise, and our first vacation in 19 years! We chose NCL because my mother and aunt had praised them.

We selected this cruise as it was an opportunity to see Bermuda which we had not visited before.
Embarkation was very hectic as we has received a message to board earlier than scheduled so that the ship could leave port early to avoid hurricane Hermine. Just a pity that there were not the additional booking in staff to cope with everyone arriving together.

I went on this cruise with my boyfriend the week of 9/4/16, during Tropical Storm Hermine. We ended up having an amazing time, but I must admit, I was nervous to be sailing in such rough seas despite having been on multiple other cruises and never getting sick.

I love this Itinary; Boston to Bermuda and back for a week. Easy to do for us locals near Boston. The Dawn looked very good inside and out with the recent renovation.
Nearly everyone was pleasant and helpful; room steward, dining staff, specialty restaurant staff, bar tenders and guest services etc.

The major issue we had was the undisciplined children running throughout the ship from early morning thru 2 am. From 11pm to midnight you needed to tell the kids to move so you could traverse the stairways. The adult entertainment venues had children with and without parents at all the shows.
