This cruise was a joke- we had a spa floor room and the spa was closed much of the trip due to "repairs" and the spa level roomed smelled more like chlorine than a spa. We were totally disappointed in what we thought was an upgrade to the Spa level.

We chose the Norweigan ship from Boston to Bermuda. Getting on the ship took 40 min to check in because the desk has to check on our green card status. Our state room with a balcony was nice but for 7 days we never recieved fresh sheets and were asked to hang and reuse bathroom towels. If we wanted water in our room we had to pay $5.59.
