We went on a cruise from Boston to Bermuda from July 19 through July 26, 2019. We had an air conditioner leaking on our bed for three days. Customer service tried to say they attempted to fix it but I had to the do not disturb sign on, which was a complete fabrication. While in port in Bermuda they were polyurethanIng. my room through the air-conditioning vent, got flooded with the fumes and woke ...
My NYPD and US NAVY Friends highly recommended NCL. This was our first Cruise. We are New Yorkers so we didn’t have to fly cross country to Cruise. The Norwegian Escape was a beautiful ship and very family oriented. As soon as we stepped onto the ship, the staff made us feel welcomed. The international crew gave us insight into their different cultures. We learned how to say many words such as ...
My parents booked this cruise as a gift to me for my 22nd birthday , (07/14) . From the second I got there , I was treated far better than any all inclusive resort in Cancun or Punta Cana . I had a studio room , the studio is small but full of everything u need . Shower , toilet , sink , very comfortable bed , closet , tv , and these party lights installed all throughout our he room which really ...
Love sailing to Bermuda. The fact that the ship docks for 3 days is fantastic. It allows you to come and go to discover all the different areas of Bermuda. The free ferry Norweign has to St George's is a plus.
The ship is big and has lots to offer... Different lounges, resteraunts, and lots of quiet outdoor places to relax. The biggest down side was the pool deck area. There is 1 pool for ...
Had a wonderful time on Norwegian (as always). Choose this line over others because of the specialty restaurants offered. Teppanyaki is always a crowd pleaser. If I could change one thing about cruises would be the size of the pools. Always too small. Really really enjoyed The Choir of Man - fun and entertaining. Did not so much care for Cotton Club - singing and dancing were great but no ...
We loved the Escape. Great rooms, food and entertaining. If I have one complaint is that there is limited smoking areas which I get. It was a little inconvenient but I survived. My biggest issue is that the Cigar bar has inadequate ventilation. It is horrible in that room. They need to fix that.
My favorite restaurant was LaCucina. The food and service were outstanding. The comedy dueling ...
So I was a little weary about this cruise just by reading some of the most recent reviews but I decided to go in with an open mind. NYC is the port my family and I travel out of the most. Out of this port we have been on the Gem, Breakaway, and now the Escape. We sailed to Bermuda in 2013 on the Breakaway for her inaugural season. We really enjoyed the Breakaway and thought that we were going to ...
Well I recently spent a week on the escape, traveled from NY to Bermuda with 22 people for my nieces sweet 16. I was on the ship for about 30 minutes when I realized the drink package I purchased for the family was somehow removed. I went to customer service, where I was told no one could help me since the main office in Florida was closed on Sunday. i ended up purchasing another drink package, ...
We went on this cruise with 13 people because we had a lot of young adults with us and figured it was the most economical. First off the pool area is way to small for the size ship. When your on vacation you shouldn’t need to get up at 6:30 in the morning just to try and save a few seats together. If the pool is packed your not getting a seat if you show up later than breakfast. Second we had ...
Family and friends suggested we try a cruise. This was our first cruise for all of us. It was the most memorable experience and I look forward to another. The staff was kind, courteous and made sure our stay was enjoyable and unforgettable. The entertainment and activities were endless. The cruise director did a excellent job.
Embarkation was smooth as well as disembarkation.
The ...
