Good news: 10 day cruise; Iceland, Norway, Netherlands, Belgium. Balcony on starboard mid ships, 10th deck. As one would expect - nice, clean, new. The cruise was ruined for us by the extraordinary noise we have been subjected to every evening in our staterooms from 6pm to 10.30 pm by bands playing in the nearby Atrium. We are platinum with NCL and have taken 4 cruises since the pandemic. At first I excused the reduced staff due to Covid.
