Disappointment in the quality of this cruise. This is my third NCL and 5th cruise and was the least enjoyable of my experience. The staff was frequently rude in numerous departments. The cruise has a great variety of things to do and always keeps you well fed. There is a main dining hall that has included breakfast, lunch and dinner. What an experience on the Epic. I booked a family balcony and got an obstructed view with no way to see the ocean.
