Disappointment in the quality of this cruise. This is my third NCL and 5th cruise and was the least enjoyable of my experience. The staff was frequently rude in numerous departments. The cruise has a great variety of things to do and always keeps you well fed. There is a main dining hall that has included breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are also ALOT of bars, restaurants and entertainment onboard. Writing this review it is important that i specify we had the "Free at sea package"

We sailed on the NCL Gem from 2/16-2/19. It was just hubby and I, we’re experienced cruisers with NCL and Royal Caribbean. For starters, I love the size of the Gem. I have been on the Getaway few years ago which at the time was one of the biggest, and since then only sailed on medium-sized ships.

What an experience on the Epic. I booked a family balcony and got an obstructed view with no way to see the ocean.
