Because i used to love ncl. After this cruise not so much. I am almost saphire and probably won’t make it to it. The food was awful. Pasta e fagioli was clear broth with flour in it. French onion ,onion and broth with a crouton and a spoon of cheese.
Cagneys surf and turf, lobster burnt from broiler and filet was tough as leather. Still charged me for it.

Man, such a crappy cruise line. We have cruised with Royal 3 times and had no issues whatsoever. I don’t even know where to begin with this one. The boat itself was so underwhelming (the Epic one).
