We chose this cruise as a replacement option. Our Cuba cruise was cancelled by presidential order and NCL offered us to take this cruise, instead. Although the itinerary wasn't our first choice, vacation time was set aside and this was our only alternative. NCL discounted our cruise 50% and gave us a 50% discount towards a future cruise. We booked the Norwegian Sun 3 day cruise to Bahamas as our first cruise. An experiment. Three adults (3 generations). It came with two lower beds and an upper, pull down bed . This is one of NCLs smaller ships, minimal extras, meant for short trips. Our room was a porthole oceanview, the window was larger than we expected. We have cruised over 20 times. This was our first time on Norwegian. Very disappointed with the service in the dining rooms, it took over 2 1/2 hours for dinner service.
