Even though I contacted NCL cust. svc. a least twice before boarding the ship and even I minutes before checking-in to confirm if there will be any changes on the itinerary, to have the opportunity to cancel the trip, but right after checked-in, we were warned abut complete change of itinerary for a place not even similar to the original destination. Worst cruise line ever! From the very beginning... we had a leaking pipe in our room that made the carpet soaking wet and the room smelt like mildew. They told us there was nothing they could do because they were fully booked. After going to guest services 3 times at 6:30 pm they finally moved our room. Cruise was shorted due to hurricane Dorian. Told a day at sea but was docked in miami, herd like cattle in customs, held for hours while they hunted down 5 guests on board. Free open bar cruise to the Bahamas was an extremely great value. Amazing to drink frozen drinks/champagne by the pool during the day, enjoy wine with dinner, followed by a few mixed drinks in the club the end the night, and not have to worry about what your tab is going to look like at the end of the cruise.

I was worried about this cruise from all of the negative reviews, but after taking it I have no idea what any of the negative reviewers are talking about.

Last Bahama cruise before hurricane Dorian. The ports will not look the same for years. Donated to help those affected. Such a tradegy.
Best 5 day cruise.ever. Inexpensive; Inside room for 2 under $700 total. Food was good,better than other NCL cruises in the oast
