we chose this cruise as the areas visited were of interested, we left singapore cruise port and arriving on time (12pm) it took us 20 mins until we were sitting onship ordering our food, excellent procedures (although cases were not delivered till later), make sure the labels are taped onto cases or get staff at port to attach new labels, ours broke off leading to late luggage ...

This was our first experience on Norwegian. It was chosen mainly to perfectly fit over Xmas shutdown and for itinerary, despite overpriced airfares from Sydney to Singapore during busy holiday time.
Overall , it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it. I could have done better for the shore excursion value but you pay for convenience.

We chose this trip because the Asian itinerary was perfect for us.
Our main complaint was the shore excursion desk.
-Sent changes to 5 of our excursions as soon as we boarded
-Rude and abrupt when we asked questions to book new tours

We booked a 10 day cruise from Hong Kong to Tokyo for some R&R and see some new Asian sights.
Positives
The cabin attendants were very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and refreshed
The ship was refurbished and everything is bright and current, yet somehow lacking excitement.
Massage (deep tissue) was top rated.
