Beautiful ship

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Norwegian Bliss

The Bliss is a beautiful vessel... without a doubt! Everything looked beautiful and for the most part the staff was good. The cruise director Roberto was fabulous. The entertainment was top notch, really all the shows and the comedy shows were fabulous. The spa package for the week was a great experience and a great deal we thought. We did a couple of really great excursions at ...

Wasn't informed why a Hot Stone Massage was to be 270.00 when asked if I wanted to upgrade from a regular deep tissue massage. Had a 3 meal package and was added the total price of an additional steak for 42.00 instead of some adjustment based upon cheaper offerings. Time spent in Victoria was supposedly to be from 8 to MN but unable to leave ship until 8:30 and On Board time was 11:30. Many ...

This was my 33rd cruise and 8th time to Alaska. Maybe I'm just getting pickier or maybe because our last cruise was in the haven, but I seemed to notice more little things that bugged me. It was a good vacation but nothing spectacular. We are platinum and so we were expecting the priority boarding as stated in many places on the NCL website. We got the priority check in which had I believe ...

This cruise was picked as a VIP Park West Gallery art auction cruise. We did not directly pay for this cruise but we are glad we chose it. Park West Gallery paid in full for Cruise, drinks, gratuities, and special dinning. The only real down side was the specialty dinning. It was not very good. Service was poor and the food was just ok. Got a backed potato at one dinning and did not even receive ...

Download App prior to boarding the Ship. Kids club not worth it.

Remember to download the App prior to boarding. A lot of people in our party weren't able to download the App once the ship set sail even when we came to ports. It was difficult for our kids and cousins to communicate without having the App. They couldn't message each other and so it was hard to keep them together. Be sure to book your Go Karts & Laser Tag first thing when you get on the ship. ...

I chose this Alaskan Itinerary because it was one of the few that went to Glacier Bay and I wanted my kids to see it over the other options. Here were some of my answers to the NCL survey they just sent to me. 1. Breakfast at the buffet didn't have the variety I am used to. 2. The Race Track was fully booked within the first few hours of boarding. Maybe you should limit reservations to one ...

Built for Alaska....Great Views!

I chose this cruise because I had never been to Alaska and since I’m an NCL Latitudes member I was excited to experience the newest ship in the fleet that was built especially for Alaska. I persuaded a friend who lives in Seattle to go with me although she was reluctant as she had only cruised once before, years ago before the stabilizers, and had gotten seasick. I’m not sure she believed me ...

We had an awful experience with laser tag staff and game. Guns were nonfunctional. And when requested to change we got a very bad attitude from staff members. All of them get together and argued with children. Unfortunately this was last day of our trip. And ruined all 7 days. Also we had drinks and specialty meals packages included in our trip. It was very difficult to book the ...
