We were two adults and one kid .
The cabin ;
Size was ok for a ship ( like a NY hotel room )
Bed was twin and comfy .
Pillows were good and planty .
Open sofa was good for my kiddo but for an adult or tall kid will come short.
TV was not working .
Shower was good
Toilet have a wired angle which make it very tight .

We left for a Thanksgiving cruise out of the port of Houston. It was really convenient for us and 90% of the other 2,800 guests on board. No surprise, but nearly all guests were from Texas. There were 800 children, which stressed the kids academy to the limit. They were not nearly staffed or prepared for it. NCL has ever been our favorite cruise line but this time they have hit a new low. This was our third cruise on NCL and each one has gone down hill. We sailed with NCL on Norwegian Jewel Jan 6 2013 to Jan 18 2013, and the following were some of our issues, observations and problems.
