My daughter and I booked a mini-suite on level 13. The beds were comfy; the shower was nice; and our room steward was very helpful. I have only 2 minor complaints with the room. First, I remember on other cruises, we had a curtain divider that I could pull across to separate the sitting area from the bed. This would have been nice as my daughter likes to sleep in a bit longer than me. : ) Second, at times, the room could be noisy. I would hear alot of toilet flushing from other rooms, and my neighbors talked very loudly at times. Regardless, I would book the room again. Read Less

Our cabin was amazing. It felt very large, plenty of storage, a really nice bathroom with a large shower, and a fantastic balcony. It was great to have a private place to retreat to when the rest of the ship was so busy.

We had a mini-suite with a balcony and an inside room (11621) for our group of five adults. Compared to Princess and Holland America, the overall room and balcony in the mini suite were smaller, but the bathroom and shower were bigger. Personally, I liked the extra space in the bathroom and was not bothered by the smaller room or balcony. The bed and pillows were comfortable. TV options were very limited. Read Less

Cabin was REALLY narrow. Balcony was REALLY small. Bathroom was large and shower was normal size, not ship size. Closet was hard to get into as it was really close to the couch but we managed. Only two drawers under the couch. I would have preferred drawers instead of the shelves in the closet. The Jade has awesome drawers that open at the side of the closet which is a much better set up. One double outlet, no charging plugs by the bed. They should really upgrade the lights by the bed to include charging outlets. This room has a pull down from ceiling bed over the couch. This bed feature worked really well. Read Less

Our cabin seemed a bit small for a mini-suite and storage was not as plentiful as on some ships. There was enough for the two of us, but I would imagine that a family of 4 would need to be creative to have enough to store everyone's clothing and gear. The main weakness in the cabin was the lack of outlets--just two for the entire cabin is a bit limited. The bathroom was roomy and very nice with a double sink and a large shower with multiple jets. The location of the cabin is really perfect because it is mid-ship and makes it easy to access any areas of the ship with ease. Read Less
