I booked a sailaway oceanview cabin for both segments of this voyage. The 1st cabin was on deck 4 and then 2nd cabin was on deck 5. Both were ideal for bringing a bicycle as the embarkation/disembarkation points were located very nearby the cabin. My cabin stewards Adi on the NY-CA voyage and Mr Joseph on the CA-NY voyage did an excellent job, were very friendly and worked very hard to keep my cabins in order. I would learn on the CA-NY journey that Adi also became a father. Read Less

The cabin had a porthole window, which was bigger than I had expected. I had an unobstructed view and got natural light into the cabin. I think the cabin is big enough for 2 people, and there is a lot of storage. I found the cabin a bit noisy though - I heard various ship noises but also the neighbours. I could hear them talking and it frequently sounded as if their kid was jumping off the beds - I heard loud thumps. The other drawback is that, on land days, the gangway is on Deck 4, so there is a lot of traffic of people getting on and off the ship. Read Less

Cabin 5500 was the last cabin in the hallway towards the front of the ship. The cabin had a lot of noise from waves hitting the vessel. During the first 2 days of sailing and last 2 days returning we exeperienced rough seas in the Atlantic Ocean and it was difficult to sleep due to noise of the waves hitting the ship. During the rest of the cruise the cabin was peaceful and we did not experience any noise as ship moved slowly from port to port in the Carribean Sea. It is worth mentioning that we never experenced any noise from the Stardust Theatre or the meeting rooms above the cabin. Read Less
