Great location on the ship. More forward of mid, between centre stairwell and fore stairwell. We tended to use the stairs more with proximity to decks 6/7 and 12/13 being close to us. Jonathan T was our steward and was great. Noise not an issue. Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Standard NCL bathroom for this class of room. Adequate space to store our clothes, with empty luggage slid under bed during our trip. The sofa was a bit hard and not all that comfortable - and I expect that it could be used as a pullout bed for a third passenger - which I would imagine making this area quite tight. Read Less

The balcony cabin was very nice. It had ample storage space especially since we had heavy clothing which took up more room. We could store all the luggage easily under the bed. The only complaint is the bathroom - the toilet space with the wall between the toilet and the sink is stupid. It is such a tight, cramped area. Our babin steward, Sandy, kept the cabin in excellent shape. It was always clean and nicely supplied. If we had a question or concern, she promptly got us an answer. Read Less

We appreciated the sliding door for the shower. Better than trying to pull a curtain. Our cabin steward was very attentive.

Very nice, new carpet, new covering on couch. Plenty of storage. Luggage fit under the bed. Mattress was great. I don't understand the coverlet on the beds, SO HEAVY and HOT, Had a/c on all night and we both were sweating all night long. This is on every NCL ship, hate them. Always have to ask to get rid of them and give us a couple of lightweight blankets. Read Less
