Had a fantastic time on this cruise! Myself and husband in our 40's. Two teenage daughters 16,17. Rooms- We had a balcony cabin which was perfect. A little smaller than RC or carnival but still great! We only slept here and got ready. Our kids had an inside cabin across the hall (ish). It was nice but of course they hated not having a window or door especially because they never knew what ...

I highly recommend the escape for your next or very first cruise. I had my very first cruise on this ship and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Jack the cruise director and his staff were super engaged with passengers which made going to different events very enjoyable. I recommend booking the Mexican cuisine workshop and tasting at Playa Mia in Cozumel it was my favorite excursion that I ...

This was our first cruise and NCL has made us return customers. I had read some of the reviews on this site prior to sailing and was a little concerned! After our 7 days, there was absolutely nothing bad enough that would keep us from coming back. The highs: the staff, the activities for kids (ours are 2 & 4), the rooms, the cleanliness, the constant cleaning, the food, the itinerary, ship ...

I usually cruise Virgin (2x) , and i needed a getaway on something different. NCL Escape was so much fun,as soon as you find where you're going. Food was good, too . I only ate at The Garden Cafe. There was plenty for everyone there . Entertainment was top notch. The 2 comedians i saw,and especially the Fleetwood Mac band and The quartet ' Blue Travelers' They were amazingly good. I loved the vibe ...

My wife chose this cruise based on the itinerary. I had two covid cruises to make up before the end of June 2023, so we were a bit limited on where to sail based on the time of the year. But, neither of us had been to any of these port before, so it worked out great. I had previously been on Norwegian Escape in 2019. I did solo cruise from NYC to Bermuda. I loved the Escape then, and I still ...

If You're Considering The Haven.... DO IT!!!

Here are my thoughts on our cruise experience on the NCL Escape, including excursions. The Haven was worth EVERY PENNY! It will be very difficult to do another cruise without the same or similar benefits. Embarkation and Debarkation was a breeze. By far the easiest and most stress-free I've ever experienced. When we arrived at the port, we checked in through a side door, with no wait. They ...

This is our second time on the Escape, last time in 2016. Enjoyed both cruises. You can tell the crew is delighted to be back to work. Over the top helpful and friendly. Ship is in great shape. Our cruise didn't require Passengers to wear Masks on the ship. All the crew wore Masks the entire time. We had Thermal Spa passes for the week which is always wonderful. All 7 days we enjoyed ...

We set sail on the Escape on Feb. 12, 2022 and don’t get off until March 12, so this is a half time report. Embarkation was a breeze in Port Canaveral after we got the negative Covid test in the tent across from the ship. It took less than an hour from testing to boarding. There were only 1900 people on board so about half full. Service has been excellent from the cabin stewards to the top brass, ...

We always try and cruise during February to break up the cold winter months,Our first time on the Escape and upgrading to the haven, we always had a Balcony cabin but the haven experience was top notch, we had an aft Suite cabin 13906, we spent more time on the Aft balcony suite than we did anywhere else, enjoyed it immensely, we had several lunches served on the balcony by the butler and coffee ...

We drove from Ponte Vedra,Fla to Port Canaveral.Parking was a breeze. The Covid pre check was a inconvenience and took about 1hour and 30 minutes to complete. The check in was very efficient and once on board the staff was super friendly. Our room steward was super a shout-out to Michael. I think the ship was around 40% of capacity so it was easy to find chairs on board. The casino was not ...
