This was our first transatlantic trip. We have sailed on Norwegian before and really had no issues. I can't say enough about the staff they were great, friendly and accommodating. I was thrilled to be on the Inaugural trans Atlantic sailing of the ESCAPE. I flew to London the day before, took the National Express Bus to Southampton, over nighted at a local hotel and took a cab to the ship. It was the UK so of course it was cloudy and raining. This is my 15th cruise and 2nd on NCL...
The balcony cabin Deck 11 was what you would expect. Be sure to use the 2 large drawers that are at the base of the sofa for storage. Shower was a just bit larger than other ships. TV signal was poor but that's not what you're here for. Bed was comfortable.
