Norwegian Escape Cruise Reviews for Romantic to Bermuda

Norwegian was highly recommended by friends. The ship was great, the company of Norwegian, not great. They schedule a cruise to dock and spend full day in Bermuda on Sunday when the country is closed! The beds were hard, cs was rude and was told that only the Havens got nice beds. Staff wasn't as friendly as Carnival and the food was bland. From the start, dealing with the NCL staff in making the arrangement for the cruise was a very good experience, the staff was much more helpful then most of the other cruise lines.
