I was concerned about noise because of the location but in the room it was quiet except for some vacuuming above in the late evening. On the balcony, which was much longer than others in the category, you could hear the pool deck and in the bathroom you could hear doors slam but it was quiet in the actual room. If you want a H5 with a longer balcony, I’d recommend this room. A lounger with the table and chairs fits with plenty of room to spare. Read Less

Rooms are significantly small, compared to those on older ships. Our room was much smaller than much cheaper family suite on Dawn, for example. It is enough for 2 adults and 1 kid (there is a pull out sofa) but if you wanted to dine in your room, a table is not big enough (it's cocktail table). A deck is small, enough only for 2 chars and a small table - no lounge chair. But since we were so close to the Haven lounge/pool/sundeck, it was fine. If you carry a lot of clothes, there may not be enough closet space though. There are 2 closets but each one is tiny. I also felt like there were not enough storage space. The most disappointing thing was the window - there are only 2 window panels and the rest is a dark wall so you cannot really enjoy the full view from your bed. I miss the open feeling of bigger rooms on older ships. However, I did like the clean/modern look of the room. One tip of advice - if you are going to Bermuda, a port side will face the island. There is a beach party at night, which is pretty loud and goes to wee hours so if noise is an issue, you may want to consider the location. Lucikly, it was only 1 night. However, you get to see a beautiful sunset from your balcony if you are on port side. Read Less

Heaven in the Haven : Cabin 18714
Huge cabin with plenty of storage. Steward and Butler were outstanding. If you read above, you know I cant say enough positive things about the Haven.

Haven wasn't Heaven : Cabin 18714
The good: bed firmness and cabin location The not so good: chronic vibration and in heavy weather awful position on ship. Balcony was so so. Not at suite level you receive on other lines.

The cabin is a good size and comfortable. We had plenty of storage for the 2 of us. The décor is very gold, including the bathroom tiles which is an interesting. You could clearly hear the deck chairs being moved on the sun deck above, as well as people running. We spent a lot of time watching movies in the room since the Haven pool area and courtyard was very crowded and loud so it was unusable for us. Read Less
