We booked a forward facing ocean view and I cannot say enough good things about our cabin!! There were a few bad things as well, namely the size of the bathroom. If you tall or larger person in general you might have some issues with this bathroom. I wont go into too many details but I will say that elbow room in the shower and the toliet does not have a full sized seat, it's mini, and it's squished between the shower and sink. Everything was tiny. My favorite part of the cabin was the window seat. I sat there every single morning and watched the sun come up. I could see the bridge and the captain from my little window seat and I loved being able to watch them; such fond memories! Style could be a bit better. We went on a cabin crawl so we were able to see a very wide range of other rooms and ours, although much better then the interior room was levels beneath the balcony cabin. If you're on a budget I would urge you to book our room, however, if you have some extra cash you should seriously consider upgrading to a balcony. (3.5:5 for room) Read Less

As stated above the cabin was noisy at night and in the morning and it could have been cleaner. There was dust on the bathroom shelves and the carpets never got vacuumed. Room steward was otherwise very good, friendly and helpful. Also remember to bring an old keycard or other credit card sized card to place in the slot by the door. Otherwise, you have to leave your cabin card in the slot in order for the lights to come on. Read Less

Cannot fault it, much more spacious than we had envisaged. Right at front of the ship overlooking the sea. Room servant outstanding.

The cabin was large for my Granddaughter and me. Plenty of storage areas. Clean and comfy bed and pillows...My room steward was a doll... But the noise at night was just awful and I take sleeping medication! Forget that...and when I went to report it the woman at the desk made a comment that they couldn't move us to another room with noise concerns...which makes me think that they knew all along that this room and noise concerns and other people I spoke to in this area of the ship all complained of noises issues... As I said before I have MS and this was the 2nd most stressed out cruise I have ever went on... Read Less

We had a forward facing oceanview...one of the large portholes that literally is facing forward. It was ample sized for two, and we enjoyed the unique layout of the room. We weren't running in to each other, and enjoyed a ton of storage, thanks to the window seat. Much more than we needed, actually. The window seat is very deep and runs the whole width of the cabin, with storage below. Bathroom was fine. Not huge, but okay. The room was also very quiet. There's very generous power outlets--three US 120 V outlets on the desk and USB chargers on the lights by the bed. Glad I read this ahead of time and left the power strip at home. That said, it's a looong walk to the elevator, which was okay for us, but may bother some. Also, we felt a ton of motion being all the way forward, and on a higher deck. Woke me up a few times in the middle of the night, but luckily I'm not prone to seasickness. Read Less
