Day one, check in there was no greeter when entering terminal. We had to figure out on our own that the burly guy loading luggage onto carts was for our cruise. No signs anywhere. We had to ask if this was for our cruise. We gave him our luggage. They did not weigh our luggage so the 50lb limit was not checked. Entered terminal and followed greeters that were inside. I have to echo most of what Thompsonhooisers shared in their review. There was a large Irish folk group, Joannie Madden, which reserved most of the public spaces, therefore closing access to any other passenger.
