Friends of mine were going so i decided to go with them. We were supposed to go to bermuda, but ncl changed it to port canaveral, stirrup cay & nassau, bahamas because of hurricane florence. Found out when i got home that other cruise lines still went to bermuda. It was horrible. First day i fell going to fire drill & lacerated my whole arm. Had to go to medical every day. Approximately 3 days ...

A good ship spoiled by bad excursions and terrible customer service

We're from NYC so the departure location for this cruise was very convenient for us. Unfortunately though, embarking was kind of a mess. We arrived about 30 minutes before our designated embarking time, but do to disorganization, we didn't end up getting called until the same time as the latest time slot, which we were supposed to be well-before. It wasn't that big of a deal though, and we were ...

The cruise wasn’t good we stayed on the boat more than we were suppose to didn’t get to go to the destination that we paid for instead ended up in Florida and a stop for a few hours at a private island. Didn’t get to see anything I wanted and customer service on the boat wasn’t the best. We still haven’t gotten money back for not going to Bermuda But other cruise lines did give their customers ...

We chose this cruise because of its destination, Bermuda. Two days prior to the cruise departure date we were notified that due to the predicted hurricane Florence the route would be changed to dock at Port Canaveral, the NCL beach island in the Bahamas, and at Nassau. We contacted NCL and requested changing our reservation to a Spring 2019 trip to Bermuda. They rejected that idea. We boarded ...

We had the unfortunate vacation of our lives while going on a Norwegian Cruise on September 9 from New York City. First, this cruise ship, Norwegian Escape is supposed to be one of the newest and best ships in their line-up. I want to tell you that this is the WORST ship that I have ever cruised on and this was my 12th cruise vacation. Here are just some of the problems that I have with this ...

My family and I went on a 7 day cruise to no where. it was my Mom's and brother's first cruise and how disappointing it was for them on their first cruise to see nothing but a ship for 7 days. I also feel if we could sail around Bermuda we could have stopped there apparently the hurricane never came close. Poor decision making by NCL and the captain for the ship. As a result they did not ...

I'm poor, so cruising isn't something I get to do, needless to say I was very excited about this early birthday trip to what would likely be my only opportunity to see Bermuda. Bermuda was canceled, while that was a real bummer I still wanted to make lemonade of lemons but unfortunately Norwegian failed to deliver in so many ways. We went to a port in Florida where we got a lovely view of a ...

What a greedy company. Very poor customer care. Terrible waste of thousands of dollars for a cruise to no where. Never again. We did not get anything we paid for and they simply didnt cate.On the ship:Pool too small. 2 hot tubs broken. Bathrooms smell of sewerage. Amenities have very limited hours of operation, leaving thousands of passengers to pack like sardines, dont forget we were trapped on ...

Cruise was supposed to go to Bermuda, changed to Bahamas two days before. Impending hurricane so this was understandable but when we boarded the ship my wife's luggage was delivered to the wrong room. I inquired where it was. The staff said it was delivered to my stateroom. It was not. The staff insisted it was and I brought him to my stateroom and asked him where he left it? He said in the room. ...

Well the worst thing about this cruise was how many people they pack on the ship. Forget swimming, getting in the hot tub, or getting a lounge chair unless you were outside by 7am. If you are a smoker.. this is definitely not the boat for you. Only 4 extremely small places to smoke on the entire ship. I got yelled at a few times for smoking on the wrong side of a lounge chair. I guess they ...
