We have cruised multiple times with multiple cruise lines this was such a disappointment to our group of 10 and a 16 month old. I will make this easy to review:
1. Long waits for everything
2. Since the casino is so large and covers so much of the 6th floor on the boat there is a constant smell of cigarette smoke on the floors above and below.

This has to be the worst cruise I have ever been on in my life!
