Pick these cabins if you don't require a lot of sleep. We were in 14151 and my sister and her husband were in 14149. The pool deck is on 15 and these Spa Suites are directly below the rock wall and water slides. All day and night, we heard kids running around above us. Later in the evening, you could hear women in high heels walking to and from Spice H2O. For some reason, someone thought it would be a good idea to put doorbells on these suites. Yep, people thought it was funny to ring them in the middle of the night. The only way to deactivate them is to pull the card and turn off the power to the room. There is a cordless phone in the room. It doesn't work near the slider or on the balcony.. The charger for the phone is near the slider and so the phone kept losing the network connection. Every time it did, it would make a noise even with the sound turned off. We eventually just turned it off so we had one less thing to wake us. The bathroom light is motioned activated and would stay on for more than 2 minutes after leaving the toilet area. However, the light in my sister's cabin would turn off within seconds of sitting down and was so sensitive, any movement halfway across the room would activate it. They had to make sure the bathroom door was closed before they turned in for the night. The noise problem was even worse every morning between 0300 and 0500 when the crew would prepare the pool deck for the day. This involved hosing down the deck, and from our cabin, it sounded like a pressure washer. Then they would push the water to the drains with a squeegee and pound the squeegee on the deck to remove the excess water. Once that was done, they would slide the lounge chairs into position. At least once a night they would drop something (sounded like a medicine ball) on the deck and it was so loud and heavy that it would turn on the bathroom light in our cabin. We complained to the butler about the noise several times, but there was no improvement. This cabin wasn't cheap and we regret our decision. We have 4 other cruises on the books right now and will be reviewing the location of each cabin to make sure we never have a cabin below a pool deck again. Read Less

Had a wonderful time : Cabin 14145

Do not choose this cabin and seriously reconsider even the H9 category. The H9 has very little room at all. There's no table and chairs or couch to sit down. The spa takes up all the room and it's two small for two people. You have to fill itvyourselfvif you want to use it. As for 14145 specifically. Never! You are right under the pool deck. You here kids running back and forth all day and crew banging tables and chairs all night. The kids area in on that floor and we had teenagers ringing our doorbell and running all hours of the day and even after midnight. The toilet area stunk like urine and the sewer fumes filled the room all day. My husband came down with a cold I'm sure from all the germs. Read Less

The cabin was as expected, looks just like the photos you see. The floor plan on NCL shows a small table and chairs which were not there but would not have fit anyhow. The bathroom in the suites has a larger shower which is great. I did not like that the glass doors really didn't close all the way, not much privacy to be had when using the toilet. The really big downside of this cabin is that it sits right below the pool deck which is on deck 15. The room just isn't insulated very well from sound and so we were up off and on all night with people walking and dragging around deck chairs. Because of that I would not book this room again. I booked a Haven Spa Suite (early Christmas present for myself). My cabin, the service (Mohammed - butler and Johnitto - cabin steward) lived up the Haven name - BUT, as the only person in the cabin I even found it a bit tight for me. Nice comfy round mattress and spa tub in the room (AWESOME) - BUT, they just took up way too much space. If you wanted to relax in your cabin, you had to sit on the bed - just did not seem right?!? For the money spent on a Haven Suite - there really should be a separate seating area. Read Less

This review is NOT a reflection of our steward who did an outstanding job! The round beds are not so much an issue as to how little space there is in the room. We knew about the round bed so that was no surprise, the lay out of the bathroom is odd, loved the size of the shower. Having lots of storage was great. There is a coffee maker which was not easy to use and took up too much space on the counter. A garden tub in the corner takes up too much space which could have been used for sitting space. There are no beside tables and only a little table to put things on so we brought in the table from the deck. The deck has 2 chairs and 2 lounge chairs which we used very little (tour days are very long). Read Less

Large room but crowded by putting the bed in the middle of the room. Jacuzzi tub takes a large portion of the room. ( IF that's your thing, I'm sure you won't mind it). The toilet was anything BUT privacy free. Frosted glass and still a little crowded. The shower area was great. Has a "rain" head above you so plenty of water when taking a shower. Careful of the temperature though. It can get "hot" quick. The balcony was good size and came with 2 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs too. Ample storage space throughout the room. Over all the bed was Ok but my wife was not happy as it was very firm for her. Read Less

Bed was so comfortable (brochure says a rounded queen, it is a rounded king), and the balcony was big enough for two chairs and two loungers. Oh...and there was a jet tub in the room which we never used. Butler delivered afternoon snacks every afternoon (the selection always changed), coffee maker in the room and mini fridge. Tonnes of storage, and a wall safe. It was close walk to the GYM and the SPA, however opposite end of the ship then the Haven dining room and concierge (not a big issue) Read Less
