Disappointed with Epic : Cabin 8094

The wavy design is attractive, but not functional to fit a family of 3 comfortably. We had a smaller cabin on a previous NCL cruise with a pull-down bunk for daughter and it fit us better than this one did. The sink is very small if you're trying to wash out clothes & there is very limited drawer space. Bring hangers as there is a TON of closet space but limited hangers. Lighting is ineffective for makeup. Read Less

The new cabin layout is different, not sure I loved it, but it worked well for us. The room boast storage space everywhere, more than I have ever seen before in a stateroom!

The cabin (we had a balcony on 9th floor) was just fine. A little smaller than some other ships we have been on, but for the two of us it was ok as we did not spend too much time in the cabin as there was too much to do on the ship! The bed was super comfy and the shower, toilet and sink problem that people talked about was really not that big of a deal! It was good that it was a balcony as we enjoyed watching the sunsets, but it was bad that it was a balcony because a lot of people smoked on their balconies, that "blew" onto ours (we are non-smokers).
