Much has been said about the bathroom layout, and I would agree that it is awkward. The water closet is separate, but has a translucent sliding glass door, which takes away any privacy if there are others in the room. There is plenty of storage space in the room, but precious little room for two people to walk past each other. The bathroom sink reminds me of a spit sink at the dentist, but smaller. Lighting in the room is non-existent, and unless the curtains to the balcony are open, the room is very dim. The clock/phone is nicely made, but the display is so bright we had to put a pillow over it in order to sleep. Read Less

In 37 years of cruising this was by far the worst due to the overall design of this ship. The cabin was a big part of this problem. Two translucent doors on both the bathroom and shower made it pretty intrusive. If you are traveling with children or another couple this cabin was a total nightmare. Was person who designed this on drugs??!! Where was the review process on this design? I mean really??!! The CEO should have inspected and known about this. Makes me wonder about the NCL leadership. Its not what you EXPECT, its what you INSPECT. I would like to see their CEO go on a cruise with 2 grandkids and 2 adults. This was just terrible. Never going on NCL in this life time again. The first NCL cruise was bad, this one was worse. Read Less
