We are experienced cruisers, so I expect certain things to be just right. NCL gets a gold star. The 2016 refurbishment did well to extend the life of the Dawn. The vessel looks fantastic. We chose Norwegian for their strict adherence to COVID guidelines: Proof of vaccination required, testing before being allowed on ship, and mandatory masking required in all areas of the ship.
