This was our 3rd time on the Dawn and wow has it changed, and not for the better. All the staff are friendly but slow. They are very hard to understand. From the beginning, when I made the reservation, there was miscommunication. After only about a month, I could not reach the Norwegian travel agent that I had booked with. The Dawn is showing signs of wear and tear but is in quite good condition for it’s age. Our cabin 10072 was a reasonably sized balcony cabin. I think we were a little unfortunate with the condition of the balcony as there seemed to be something housed in the roof space and it was a mess and there was also a drain there which smelt on occasions. I love sea days. The itinerary originally had 5 ports in the 11 day itinerary. The Tampa Terminal #2 is very small. Embarkation was slow. It really didn't bother me. It was very smooth and it seemed like the port employees worked as hard as they could to keep the line moving.
