Bring the whole gang because this suite sleeps up to six guests. It features a queen-size bed that converts to two lower beds, a sofa bed and additional bedding to sleep two more. Everyone can hang out in the living and dining area and there is a luxury bath with shower. Includes butler and concierge service.
This large suite was very nice and had enough room for our family of five (four adults, one teenager) easily. It does not have a balcony but has a full view floor to ceiling window (although half of it was streaked with rust and leaked inside when it rained). There were several large closets/dressers and a huge bathroom with two sinks, a big super awesome shower and soaking tub. It is an expensive priority vacation option that includes butler & concierge service and special amenities they don't tell you about until you arrive. Overall, booking this suite was the most enjoyable "priority" experience we've ever had. Read entire member review >>
Spacious, plenty of closet space for 4, good sleeping set up although the pull-pout coach could use an egg crate. Missed the balcony experience but this room and the included amenities spoiled us and set the standard for future cruising, we just need to save more money!!! Read entire member review >>
We had a family suite, with 3 people. The room was great and so was the room steward. The only complaint about the room was that it always seemed to be too warm, even when turning the a/c up. Read entire member review >>
Huge cabin, great service - even tough attendant was great felt he was doing too many rooms.
Only used the butler once to get us into the Bamboo restaurant.....he got us a 5:45 time, when phone calls only came up with 8:15 time slots available to general public? Would do a suite again if I could get same bargain. Read entire member review >>
The suite was an excellent size, with a king bed, a queen sized murphy bed, and a sofa that opened to a queen bed. There was a wooden partition wall on the side of the bed, and a blackout curtain across the foot of the bed. There was no balcony, but that was not an issue because of the high winds on the cruise. The downside was that the windows were fogged between the panes of glass, partially obscuring the view. The ship recently completed a long drydock/overhaul, but the replacement windows were not available then. Apparently the 87 large windows are now available, but are awaiting crane services to replace them. With the bed and sofa folded, there was ample room to sit around the table, or on the sofa & armchairs in the cabin (1 room "suite"). The bathroom has a separate tub and shower, with 2 sinks. It is located through a passage with 2 lockers on either side with shelves, drawers and hangar bars. One is almost filled with the safe and life jackets. Read entire member review >>
Spacious in the daytime. Cramped for five adults when all the beds are done up in the evening, but do-able IF everyone agrees to put their stuff away in all the storage space and stash luggage under the bed. We utilized the king sized bed, the pull out sofa, the Murphy bed and a roll-away bed that we requested in advance. The room was always stocked with coffee, tea, towels and afternoon snacks. Our suit was wonderful big and roomy and would accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The bathroom had double sinks a shower and separate tub. Queen bed, murffy bed convertible sofa. A 32 inch tv and 3 large windows overlooking the ocean. No balcony but it didn't matter to my family and I. We were on the 12th deck forward. Read entire member review >>
We had a family suite. The room was very accommodating, spacious and comfortable. Our butler was Gary was great and helped with every request we ask. Would love to spoiled like this on cruises in the future but usually out of price range. I'm sure we were offered the upgrade because the ship wasn't sold out, but glad we were. Beautiful cabin. I loved the view with the wall of windows! The suite comes with a concierge and a butler. You share the butler with the whole section. Had we not known better, would have thought ours did a great job but since we traveled with 2 other couples in suites, we were not impressed. On the first day, we were in each other's cabins and they had champagne, flowers and snacks. We did not. Theirs were delivered at around 2:00 pm. We had to call for ours. On the second day, they all received sandwiches, petit fours and strawberries, we got a plate of cookies. My husband asked her why we did not get the same and from then on, we did. Also their snacks came between 2-3 each day. Ours came around 6 which was dinner time. If we had been traveling alone we would not have know better so would not matter. Hanno was our concierge and he was wonderful. We saw him all over the ship. He was there to see if we needed anything and to get us reservations at specialty restaurants. Our cabin steward was also great. Read entire member review >>
Family Suite without a balcony. Didn't miss the balcony at all. The suite was roomy, quiet (it is directly across from the library)
It has a large handicapped accessible bathroom with a walk in shower with a fold down shower chair(no bathtub).
Lots and lots of storage and closet area. Read entire member review >>

Loved, loved, loved our cabin. It was so spacious with plenty of room for the three of us. Beautiful views from our wall to wall windows. Loved having Henry for our butler and all the perks that went with this suite. Alfredo was our room steward and he did a great job. Very happy with everything about our cabin. Thee were 5 of us in this cabin which can hold 6. Plenty of room here. The King bed could deploy fake walls for privacy but we didn't use them. The servant (Benson) and butler were on top of their game. My mother-in-law had her birthday and the room package was nice. cake, fruit and room decorations was a nice touch. Cabin - SJ Family This was our first experience in the Suite Life and we loved it. The cabin was an amazing size. We were able to host 4 or 5 get togethers with our group of 14 and we still had room to spare. We loved the retracting wall and used it at night & in the morning to shade the bed from light. The coffee machine as a really nice touch and the bathroom was large enough for a party. We did have a leaky window and shower. That didn't bother us as we just put down a towel and sopped up the water.....we don't wash the towels anyway!! Ronaldo kept the towel on the window changed, but it only leaked when it rained. Being up so high (deck 12) and so close to the bow, we really felt the ship movement, but both of us enjoy that. We would definitely book this suite again. Read entire member review >>

12506-a family suite with no balcony but a full wall of glass in the fore of the ship in the starboard side on deck 12. About 410 sg ft with a king bed, a murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa Read entire member review >>
Inside cabin 10207 was tiny and lacking in storage, seating and desk space.
Mini suite 12532 on the other hand was wonderful Too much empty area with more storage than necessary for two people. Good location on deck 12 but tended to be noisy. Every morning very early the crew slides deck chairs above the room. Also, the corridor is a cut through to the pool a garden buffet. Read entire member review >>
Our cabin was in a super location, we did not hear many people in the hallway, we were near the elevators but far enough away we could not hear them. Being on the 12th deck we were not hearing the anchors drop or any of the engine noises. We had a wonderful view with floor to ceiling wall to wall windows. There was plenty of closet space with a walk through closet. The bathroom was great with both a tub and stand alone shower and two sinks.
Our only complain about the room was temperature of it. It was often chilly although we had the thermostat as high as it would go. Read entire member review >>
Family Suite 12016
Great room, 4 closets, lots of storage space. Murphy Bed, pull out couch, and a King size bed. Large bathroom with double sinks, tub, and separate shower.
Lavazza coffee machine. Wall of windows, floor to ceiling extending the whole length of the suite. Cabin got hot at times when the sun was directly shining through the windows. I could hear the moving of chairs from up above every morning but others slept through it. Read entire member review >>
