Family Oceanview Picture Window (O1) Cabin Reviews

This cabin is next to the Stardust theatre and the Casino. We were able to sleep with no noise issues but the cigarette smell was bad in the evening.

Enjoyed our Cruise : Cabin 5536
Cabin had plenty of storage. Really no place to sit except on the bed. We found the bed to be hard. Walls between cabins are paper thin. Bathroom layout was great and larger than most of the bathrooms we have had in the past.

I rated the cabin "very good" because for the class of cabin that it was, it was very good. We didn't get a suite, so we knew it would be "cozy" and on a lower deck. But it had a nice-sized "window" (much bigger than a porthole), and the space was adequate. There was a problem with the shower, but once we reported it they fixed it quickly. The mattress was too firm (don't remember that on past cruises), but the steward put on some extra padding so that it was acceptable to us. Plenty of pillows were available, enough hangers for our clothes, enough drawer space, and the safe was easy to operate. One complaint might be that there is only ONE electrical outlet in the room, and one more in the bathroom. It would be nice if there was at least one more in the cabin for charging batteries, etc. If you use a CPAP or other nighttime device, bring an extension cord as the outlet is not by the night table.
