2nd and final Norwegian ship we try. Cabins are very small compared to the other 4 cruise lines we used. Severe lack of storage and lots of lost space. Futon type couch very uncomfortable and unusable for those with bad backs. Cabin was never spic and span either. lots of dust and streaked mirrors. Hair left on bathroom floor after every cleaning. Balcony still had the same cookie(yes, an actual cookie) and flaked off paint lying on it through the 13 day(supposed to be 14 day) cruise. Need larger closet, remove the broken fridge that is locked anyway and put shelving instead. TV entertainment almost nonexistent. 3 news channels, 1 old shows and 1 movie channel. The rest are ship infomercials and safety videos. Read Less

We booked a sailaway balcony 6 weeks before it sailed and within 3 days were assigned 13292 portside aft at 205 sq ft, very comfortable bed, robes on request, nice shower, plenty of closet/shelf storage space plus more next to fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, liquid soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner in dispensers. Our steward, Maxie, was excellent. Balcony was small but adequate to enjoy sea views, read and relax. The whole cruise was smooth sailing even when waves were up tp 15 ft at times. Read Less

Stewart was probably new and didn't do a good job with the cleaning. Had to ask for room to be cleaned multiple times. Balcony was very small and had rust in the ceiling. Didn't matter much, because it was filled with smoke. Notified staff 2x, wrote to Hotel Director Vuk. - Only good thing was the Fun Zone for kids. Staff was very good, however had to wait 20 minutes to drop off and another 15 minutes to pick up kids. Don't think they really care, as ship was sold out. Hopefully someone from NCL will read this review and take appropriate action. Also glad that Breakaway is leaving NYC and hoping Epic will offer a better guest experience. Read Less
