Norwegian Bliss is an incredible ship built for adults who love to wine, dine and enjoy some great music and adult entertainment - all were in abundance. This is my 4th cruise (but first time on Norwegian). See my specific comments and I also added some tips for traveling with kids ages 10-12 I wish I had known before we went. Food: was incredible in every location. Specialty dining package was great and glad I did it. Drink Package: I was worried we would not get good brands or good service, but was quite the opposite. There is no "catch" to this package, was easy to get a drink and was nice to not have to tip for every drink (gratuities are paid in advance when you pay for your cruise). Shore Excursions: Alaska has crazy weather, book your excursions with a plan B in mind - there is a chance your first choice will get cancelled even after you have booked and paid for it months in advance. Two of my shore excursions got cancelled and one was supposed to be the main highlight of our trip. Needless to say it was very disappointing for our whole group. Was not expecting that to happen. The shore excursions we did do were fantastic: Yukon railway to Canada with suspension bridge had beautiful, amazing views, Zip Line over Grizzly Falls was fun for mom, dad, kids and even grandma! Tons of whale watching, great little shops in every port. On Ship activities such as shows and specialty restaurants: my biggest advice to avoid disappointment is to plan your week way in advance. Choose excursions, time you will be on ship with port schedules, book dining, shows, everything you can online 120 days out, or as soon as they permit you. Only way you will get to experience everything you want. If you wait, will all be filled up. Could not get specialty dining reservations changed or added to on the ship (but there are a few that don't take reservations and it is a first come, first serve, I did not have trouble getting into lunch at Margaritaville). Race Track/Go Kart Tips: My 10 year old son had no problem with height (I think 55 inches but check) and enjoyed this the most. Get on the ship early the first day, find out where registration is for this activity and stand in line and get the unlimited package for every kid in your group. This will save you when you want to go watch one of the shows, sit and enjoy the views, etc. while the kids go on the Go Karts. An Adult does not have to be with them. It was a great activity and the only way you can get on it more than once or twice is with the unlimited package. There is no standing in line, you get right on, etc. I cannot recommend more, get the unlimited package! Worth the $199. Cannot sign up for unlimited package on kiosk, you have to stand in line day 1. Get a drink and then stand in line! Laser Tag: unfortunately no unlimited package for this activity. I would have bought it if I could. But same advice here: get on ship early, go to kiosk right away and book your laster tag for whole week. Then make sure you remember the days and times you signed up for. It is on your TV in your room, NOT on the NCL app. I messed up 2 laser tag times (because I was enjoying the cruise) and my kids only got to do it once in the whole 7 days. I left feeling bad they didn't get to do it more than once, but they did get to play 2 rounds and said it was fun. Kids Club/Teen Club: my daughter was really looking forward to the teen club activities, but she missed the cut-off for 13 by a few months and they would NOT make an exception and don't have the parent waivers you can sign I have seen on other cruise lines. We traveled with 5 kids total in our group and did not use the kids club for the younger kids. We signed up on first day, people seemed nice, space looked good, but for some reason the kids did not want to go. I felt the kids were very safe on the ship and as long as they stayed together in pairs they were able to move around and meet up with us after activities, etc. Pool and waterslides were great, we did get to use 2 of the 7 days. Shows/Music: are great and in abundance all over the ship. Really for adults, not inappropriate, but lots of music only adults would enjoy or get. But really great entertainment and performers. Send kids to race track or go to a 10pm show after they go to bed. Volume of people/embarkation/disembarkation: I was on a sold out cruise, we had 4800 passengers on board and I think Norwegian Bliss Operations did a fantastic job of not making the ship feel very crowded. Only had to wait once or twice for a bathroom and not for long, buffet seating was always crowded, but could find a table right outside by the pool under heaters. Getting on and off the ship at the ports was a breeze, was really impressed with how fast it went. Last night in Victoria Port: Do NOT plan on walking to and from the city in the short time you are there. Either plan an excursion or arrange for transportation ahead of time, especially if traveling with kids or grandparents. If just adults and you like to walk, go for it. I wish I had stayed on the ship and let my son go on the race track one more time! Overall I would highly recommend this cruise, and I would go again following my own tips above. Alaska was beautiful, amazing and all I hoped and more! Read Less

The Negative...Bottled Water should be added to the Premium beverage package. At over $100/day its ridiculous that simple bottled water isn't included. Room Service charge of $7.95 should be abolished. No other cruise line charges this fee. Some cruise lines do charge for Room Service, but only after 11:00pm at a rate of $3.95. The show Havana, should be looked at. The whole story line, including the vocals(The singers simply don't make the grade), need to be Redone. Sorry, but its a horrible production. If they auditioned for me, I'd send them all home and say....Next... The Positive.....GREAT Ship. So many activities, its impossible to be bored. Service was Excellent. The Band Siglo, was the best band I've ever listened to, on any cruise ship in my 40 plus cruises. Comedians were very good. Simply amazing. No complaints on the Food. Everything we had was excellent. Boarding and disembarking in Seattle was very good.....Thank You Read Less

We chose the Bliss because it was built for Alaska Cruising. It was a fantastic voyage in every way. Although no cruise/ship is perfect, the Bliss did not disappoint. We booked an M6 Mini Suite w/ large balcony on deck 8/ forward. It waa a great location as everything we wanted was very close by. Dining was Awesome. We had the 3 specialty dining package included, and went to Cagney’s, LaCuccina and Texas Smokehouse ( all were great) we also dined in The Manhattan, Savor and Taste dining rooms ( also great) We loved going to the Local for lunch pretty much every day. Entertainment was also very good. Our favorites were Jersey Boys, the Beatles and the Comedy Club. Siglo was the Awesome House band. Silas our cruise director and JoJo ( his assistant) were Awesome as well. Overall a great cruise experience, and nothing negative to say Read Less

We had a great time on our Alaskan Cruise aboard the Bliss! The cabin had a balcony (which we used often) and the ship was wonderful. The crew was friendly and efficient. The restaurants had delicious food, and the bartenders were very attentive. We ate at both the complimentary restaurants and three of the specialty restaurants. Our favorite specialty restaurant was Cagney’s. The complimentary restaurants we ate at the most were The Local, Taste, and Savor. My husband and I met some great people and we participated in some of the activities offered. We attended Beatle Mania, Jersey Boys, and the comedy show. All three were very entertaining! We had excursions at Juneau and Skagway. Both excursions were worth the time and money spent. At Ketchikan we did not have an excursion, so we enjoyed our stroll around town. At Victoria, BC, we stayed on the ship and enjoyed a leisurely dinner and chatting with new friends. We would definitely do this cruise again! Read Less

Had an awesome vacation on the Bliss. This is our 15th cruise and fourth Norwegian and have cruised with all the major cruise lines. We were on it the last week of march. The boat had lots of kids on board as it was still march break in many areas of the US. I would probably go on one of these ships at times when there would be fewer kids. The entertainment on this ship is top notch. We loved the Jersey Boys it was really well done. Havana has beautiful costumes and singing and it is a much better production show then you see on most cruise lines. We caught all three beatle shows, two in the cavern club-the early years show was really good. The second show there was some technical difficulty and they actually cut the show short. If you want to get a seat you need to be there at least a half hour early as it fills up fast. Their last night show is in the theatre but was at a weird time 7:30. There were plenty of seats for everyone. This show was a combination of the two shows they performed earlier in the week They had two other bands and a duo that played in different locations throughout the ship They also had a couple of deck parties that were really good and one at H20 where we were able to do lots of dancing Most nights there was not enough time to get to all of the different things that were happening. It is a really great ship if you like to be entertained at night. Food. The variety at the buffet for breakfast and lunch was very good. We ate all our dinners at manhatten, savour and taste and only had to wait for a table for five minutes on the last night. The food was good, some nights the menu was harder to select an option. Service was always very good. The observation Lounge was a great place to get snacks from 3 to 5. On some evenings they had Tatiana playing the piano and singing. Sounded like Celine Dion. The Observation Lounge is absolutely beautiful, on a carribean cruise seems like a waste of space as it is huge, but I understand that it has been designed like this for Alaska and will work very well for that. We are in our 50’s and on the older end compared to the bulk of the people on this cruise who were 20-45 years old. The racetrack takes up a lot of space and therefore many of the outdoor spaces are really crowded like the back H20 space would have been nice to have a pool there. Also the main pool area is crazy busy,we always managed to find less crowded areas on the deck above. One of our favourite spots for the daytime away from the busyness was the boardwalk where they have comfy sofas. This was also a great area to go walking instead of the track above the main pool which again is crazy busy. Tortola They have a new port area which was built only a couple of years ago. It’s probably one of the nicest port areas in the Caribbean. We went to garden cane beach. It is 8 dollars each way and they give you a wristband. You have to prepay the return and they told us that they returned on the hour which we found inconvenient. We would have stayed longer but the beach was filled with people from our ship so we left at noon. Normally we would have stayed till at least 1. We had to be back on board by 2:30. It took approximately 20 minutes to get there through the mountains on crazy steep roads. The beach was really nice. Paid 20 for two chairs and an umbrella. It was less busy if you kept walking further in each direction. Nassau We took the Jitney to Bahamar. The number 10. Cost 1.50 per person. We took a cab back for 20. We walked through the Hyatt section first then down to the beach. Right before you get to the beach there are some beautiful flamingos. Walked along the beach and down the pier and up through SLS. It is geared for 20 and 30 somethings. Both properties are beautiful, the Hyatt being more spread out. Glad we did this, it’s something different than going to Atlantis. St thomas One of our favourite islands Went to Meagans bay. 8 dollars there and back. Entry fee is 5 per person. We always go down to the area of the beach on the left. It is much less crowded and you can enjoy the beauty of this gorgeous bay. It is still close to the public bathrooms. Norwegian has done it right not having smoking in the majority of areas on the ship. If you are a smoker this ship is not for you. Things I missed having was an outdoor area to eat at near the buffet Many other ships have large areas where you can eat outside, the Bliss has the covered areas which are beside the pool and that is it. Overall, we found the ship to be a lot of fun. There is a lot of walking to be done, so I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. Most days we took the stairs to get our exercise to balance out all the extra calories. Boarding and Leaving the ship were the quickest and smoothest that we had on any cruise. Also, for any Canadians- we booked fairly last minute with Sunwing and flew out the same day. Our package included transfers which were with Norwegian. All went smoothly. I found that Sunwing did not really give a lot of information regarding the transfers. It would have been good to know that it was Norwegian itself that the transfers were with. We had a great cruise, and would cruise this class of ship on Norwegian again. Read Less

Truly had the most relaxing and amazing time aboard the Norwegian Bliss. I've done two carnival cruised before, This was my first Norwegian. In my opinion the Blew carnival out of the water. The staff was energetic, polite and personable. The decor was breathtaking. My favorite spot on the Bliss was the "Observation Lounge" it was so peaceful and the veiws of the ocean or ports were breathtaking. The food on the ship was spectacular and never dissapointed. I ate 6 times a day, Haha. The ship also had a lot of entertainment options from games in the atrium, to pool and deck parties. Don't even get me started on the spectacular showing of the Jersey Boys! That cast could have been on Broadway! You could have never left the boat and been completely content with your vacation. As with everything there is always room for improvement. My few complaints would be that the Karaoke had minimal to no good selections. They had nothing from this decade and its like they took the bottom 4 songs off of mediocre albums. And lastly, the manhatten room both times was a bad experience, The first time we tried it the table was not clean, dirty plates were left and they expected us to eat off of them and were rude when asked to switch them out for new ones, Our second experience the waiters brought out wrong foods and never refilled our drinks.ect. he was probably the least frienly crew member we had come accross. To end on positives. The overall vacation was one of the best my family and I have taken. The freestyle cruising was so relaxed and the photographers captured amazing moments. We were celebrating my sisters sweet 16. And the last night managment was surveying in the Savor restraunt. They saw her sash and talked with us very thoroughly about our cruise experience. They asked for our cabin number and surprised her with decorations and a delicious Birthday Cake. We were stunned and feel that we would not receive such thoughtful and amazing treatment aboard any other cruise line. I had such a blast I literally left the ship planning our next cruise with norwegian! Id like to thank the amazing staff and crew for such a well rounded relaxing and amazing experience. Read Less

We have been excited for this cruise since we booked it back in November. This was our honeymoon and had everything we wanted in a cruise ship. We were immediately blown away from our check in. From the time we stepped out of our cab and onto the ship qas a total of 8 minutes. We have had multi hour waits before. The ship is beautiful from top to bottom. Modern and elegant but not over the top. We truly loved the Waterfront feature and that was where we gravitated to every night. All the tasty beverages, with the music but without the crowds. The one detractor from this cruise is the Bliss Theater. The entertainment was not to the caliber in which we expected. The theater is built over top of what we can only figure is one of the dance clubs. The late night performances compete with the pulsating sounds below. We literally could not hear Havana over the party going on downstairs. The food was above expectations and we would suggest Specialty Dining for sure...but our best meals were literally in the Manhattan Room. Spa is amazing...but pricey. Room is good. This is a great mid runner between entry level and luxury cruising. Read Less

The ship was immaculate! Excursions were a little too short . It would have been nice if the atrium shows could have been shown on the big screen on deck as atrium got crowded. The pool deck screen was underutilized. More stuff could have been shown on it instead of screensaver type stuff. I would definitely take this cruise again staff were very nice . They were all super friendly and went out of their way to take care of us. I think they may want to look into the slide that hangs over the pool side . I got stuck in it and had to climb out the trap door on the side.! Apparently this happens frequently , I was told I wasn’t big enough . I am 5ft 3 and average weight . Read Less

I been on Carnival and Royal Caribbean but Norwegian was by far the very best cruise I been on yet! This is the first cruise that I have had the best food and great service!! As being a picky eater, Norwegian was able to make my eating very easy. I did not require anything specific but all the food choices from the buffet, complimentary dining, to specialty dining was very easy to choose from. I was able to enjoy everything I ate without struggles. On previous cruises, eating was a bit of a struggle and I was really worried I was going to have the same issue on Norwegian. I am so glad I had no issues. People I know always told me that Norwegian has the best food and there is so much to choose from. They were right!! The cabin was small for 4 people but that was expected as they are meant for 2 people. The guy who fixed the room was very nice, friendly, and did a great job making up the room as it was a mess. I was really surprised that he always made the room look brand new, as it was being used by 4 of us. On day 4 I was really cold, called room service, and asked for a extra blanket. Within 5 minutes there was a knock on my door and there was the blanket. I could not believe how fast the blanket came! I was beyond thankful!!! All the shows were great. Saw Havana, The Beatles and the comedy show. I really wanted to see Jersey Boys but the night we were suppose to see them, all 4 of us had gotten very tired and fell asleep early. We are really hoping they will be around once we book our next cruise. All shore excursions were great!! My favorite was the shopping, tour, and beach time at St. Thomas. We were able to go to Magen's beach!! That was the best beach I ever experienced!! My husband and the other couple were just as happy as I was with that beach! The ship was absolutely beautiful!! Loved the go-karts. I have not done go-karts in over 20 years.........until I got on your ship! I thought it was funny and great at the same time that I did the go-karts on your ship! That was a great time! I love how the halls have the fish which makes it easy to know which way we were going. I already told my husband that I want to cruise only with Norwegian from now on! We are hoping to go back on Norwegian in 2021 on the Encore!! Just need to save up and get a great deal as we live on a budget. I want to thank Norwegian for the best cruise we ever been on!! I wish I would of started with Norwegian a long time ago!! Read Less

We had a great vacation onboard the Bliss. Food was great and entertainment was varied and excellent. Buffet-Lots to chose from. Standouts were the Mongolian Beef, vetable stir fry, and beef with broccoli. Room service- Great turkey sub, my husband liked the supreme pizza. We ordered often. The Local- Great that there is something 24/7. Good pub food, especially the Asian wings. Q- was ok, other restaurants were better. Cagneys-Food was excellent, service was slow. Le Bistro- wonderful meal. I am not really a desert eater, but they were the bomb. Teppaanyaki-Very good. We had great tablemates and a funny chef. Prohibition show- It was ok, but I don’t feel like it worth $36 each. Adults only for sure. Jersey Boys- We really enjoyed this show. It was face paced and the cast was very talented. This was our first family cruise. There were 9 people in our party altogether. 6 adults and 3 kids ages 10, 10, & 11. My wife turned 40 in November and one of the other adult women turned 40 just prior. So, we decided on a cruise to celebrate. We chose Norwegian Bliss because we wanted a newer ship and because the reviews for Norwegian were so favorable. We were not disappointed. There was a packed schedule of activities to keep us entertained any time we wanted. Of course these can be participated in at your leisure, so we also had a lot of free time to relax. The staff was utterly amazing. They were all super friendly and accommodating. From the Cruise Director Dan Dan, Assistant Cruise Director Jacky Tang to the folks who led some of the entertainment like Ankica Ivanovich, M&M, Henri, etc. to the extremely nice and caring people who ran the Splash Academy like Speedy, Gummi Bear, Pancake, Tornado, etc. Can't say enough good things about the Splash Academy and the game shows/activities that we and the kids got to participate in. And the Shows!!...Jersey Boys(Thanks to Bonnie and Shelby for the recommendation & performance), Prohibition(Thanks Sarah-Australia & Sarah-Niagara for hanging out with us and bringing me up for the final 'Dance'). Our Steward, Barrington, was amazingly helpful as well. We also saw a few comedy shows(Thanks Allison Weber, Flip Schultz, and Jim McDonald)If I could really dig for something to complain about it would be that the pool area tended to be a bit crowded during the day, but I'd be digging. This was every bit the experience we were looking for. We did three excursions(You must go see Jost Van Dyke in Tortola). We also went snorkeling in St.Thomas and and Everglades Air boat ride when we got back to Miami. I bought my first painting at the Art Auction that was super fun also. We got a balcony cabin. The room and especially the balcony was much bigger than the pics online suggest. Our family of 4 had no issue with all our stuff and hanging out. The food everywhere on the ship was perfect. Embarkation/Debarkation(which I was very worried about) were a snap. No issue, no delays. Bliss was super clean, even in all the public areas/restrooms. Read Less

Look all around the room because their is extra space for clothes under the couch. Shopping is available at discounted prices on the ship. The person that took care of our cabin needs was the best, anything that we requested for the room, he ensured that we received it. The specialty dining was the best by far, the greatest. The Bliss now has been added to my list of favorite ships. The vessel itself is beautiful with everything in a logical place with the notable exception of Le Bistro, which is oddly hidden on an upper deck. The crew is fantastic, led by Jovo as Hotel Director. Everyone is friendly, caring and helpful. For me, the crew makes or breaks the experience, and this group made mine a joy throughout the week. The food was consistently at least good, with some excellent. Most of my dinners were in specialty restaurants, all of which performed well. Menus seem to change almost every month, which adds variety, but inevitably results in removal of my favorite items. I realize that’s a corporate issue, not a ship decision, but it’s worth mentioning anyway. The entertainment was excellent, led by the two big shows: Havana and Jersey Boys. Both were major productions with very talented casts. The Beatles tribute band also was great, including their theater show on the last night. Silas, the Cruise Director, did a wonderful job, backed up by an excellent cruise staff. I was in a balcony cabin. If you’ve been in a balcony on any NCL mega-ship (other than the Epic), you know what it’s like. At least they’ve finally improved the interactive TVs to provide more functionality. On the other hand, the internet service was awful. Much of the time, it was hard to log in, slow as an old-fashioned dial-up connection when you could get on, and unable to retrieve email too often because the server would time out. The worst I’ve experienced on any ship. Find a new provider; this is simply unacceptable. I’m anxious to sail on The Bliss again, though it’s scheduled move to New York will make that more difficult. As far as the senior officers, I expect to see many of them again after they launch The Encore next year. Read Less

our experience with the Bliss was great. Ship is very large. But even though there is 4000 people on board we never felt over crowded. loved the H2O on upper deck. always went there to lay out in the sun. The spa is by far the best. A little pricey on this ship but I feel it's worth it. We love the spa on all Norweigan ships. Food was really good even in the buffet. I normally dont eat buffets but on the Bliss the buffet was great. Service was good. Very friendly staff. Will go on the Bliss again. Had a blast playing laser tag. Didnt get to ride the go carts. Just not enough time. Entertainment was great. I liked the Jersey Boys and Havana. Observation deck was very cozy and lots of room. Would be a great place to sit and watch wild life if you were cruising to Alaska. Lots of room to enjoy the sites. Read Less

Because of the possibility to join a group of solo travelers. Our daily meeting and the accompanying cruise member (Ankica) who helped us participate in different activities. The Studio stateroom and studio lounge made it easy to meet other travelers. I purchased credits at the Cruises Next desk which will be used in the near future I will recommend NCL to my friends. That being said. I would like to point out a few things that I thought could be improved: 1. Being a Karaoke fan, I thought the song selections was OK but limited. It should include more songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s (for the middle age group). I personally own a large selection and brought a list with me to help me find songs to sign but could only find a few. 2. I would have liked to see a Golf simulator. I REALLY enjoyed the Go Cart track. Loads of fun! Read Less

We have sailed on Norwegian for 15 cruises and we try to get on all of the new ones at least once, We did sail on the getaway for 4 different times, but the Bliss has them all beat. With all of the new things onboard for the guest to use and experience there is no way for anyone to be bored. Then you throw in the shows that their is on board, The Jersey Boys is the best one that I have seen on the ships. There were great and good one on the other ships but this one is hard to beat. The Observation Deck is out of this world. I could have just set in there for the whole cruise. I have not seen a place like it before o a ship and after I found it I spent a lot of time in there just relaxing and reading. I will book it again this year and I have already booked the new Encore for a cruise in Dec. of 2019. Read Less

I went with a girlfriend and we had a blast. We went on excursions at each island and enjoyed our days on ship taking advantage of the gym, pool and trivia games. Getting on/off the ship does take some time, but it was very well organized. The ship is large and requires a lot of walking, but directions are fairly well labeled. We took advantage of the interactive computers on each floor to find entertainment and dining options. Customer service was helpful for room issues and excursions were easy to schedule at the desk or via TV in the room. Entertainment was top notch! Bands were great, shows were amazing. Beatles tribute band was excellent. Enjoyed the buffet and a few restaurants. Good selection of food, but waited around 10 minutes at the bar for most drinks. The gym was very busy and cramped. Plenty of lounge chairs, bu the pool was very small - super crowded. Overall a great trip. Will be cruising with Norwegian again! Read Less

This is not only my first time on the Norwegian bliss, but also my first time on a cruise ship altogether. Space first I had a balcony room 14222 In the room was better than expected. It was spacious enough to put all of our clothes away and talk away for suitcases. The bathroom what is large enough to get ready with the shower that I had ample room. The food on the bless is amazing both in the buffet and the restaurants. Hi chose the specialty dining package so I had a choice of three specialty restaurants to attend. I went to Teppanyaki’s, oceans blue, and Cagney steakhouse. All three were better than expected but oceans blue room the top. While On the ship we saw both Havana, and jersey boys. Both shows were worth seeing but the Jersey boys was far better than I thought it was going to be Carrie Though the ship was full, we never had to wait for food or drinks for more than a few minutes. Days at sea the pool was busy, but we were always able to find a seat in the water. The only negative thing I would have to say about the bless is the Manhattan room for dinner what is not of the same caliber as the rest of the restaurants on board. That being said the food was still good and the service was not as efficient as the rest of the ship. Overall this was an amazing experience and I have already booked my next cruise with Norwegian and I cannot wait. Read Less

New ship. New look. Great time everything was easily assessable. Food was to die for something for everyone. Drinks were everywhere Could use more somking areas. Will be looking for another Norwegian Cruise to Alaska. Our Steward took great care of us. Even the Birthday cake and decorations for my wife was welcome. I think I gained 10 pounds!!!!! I will have to go back and try to lose it!!! Hardly no waiting lines for dinners. Restaurants were all very abliging. Took very good care of us. The Japanese Steakhouse provided great entertainment The Steakhouse steak didn’t need a knife to cut with. The Seafood restaurant had scallops that were out of this world. And I didn’t find any deserts I didn’t like The Casino was my favorite place was a winner and a player of tournaments. Lots of entertainment. All of the bartenders worked hard to keep you happy. Tried many new drinks that I never heard of. Didn’t find any I didn’t like. Lol Read Less

I waned to give everyone a quick review of our cruise on the bliss during Thanksgiving week. All in all it was great trip. Lets start with getting on the ship. We took a early flight out of Norfolk and landed in Miami 9:00. After getting our bags (which took forever but that is a different story) we took a taxi to the terminal. We got to the terminal around 10:15 or so and went to check in. Had to wait 15 min in line to go threw security and then to get our keys. We got on to the ship around 11:15 and got in line to do the go carts and lazor tag. Took only 15 min. We went straight to the bar (The local). The service is good and started our cruise. The food at the local was ok not great but still it was great just to relax. Rooms where ready around 2:30 and actually our luggage arrived around 5:00. First night we went to the seafood restaurant for dinner, Great food and great service. We highly recommend this restaurant to eat. On to the casino, very disappointed in the craps table, it was $25 limit. Too high for my blood. It was always 25 limit each evening but did go to $10 limit during the day when it was open. If they are going to have $25 craps they should have another craps table. There is plenty of room. All the speciality restaurants( we tried them all) are very good food and service except for Los Lobos. The service was very poor here as well as the food was not the greatest. Not sure if the food was that bad but the service just made the experience that bad. The entertainment was very good, If I where you I would try it all even going to all the bars try the entertainment in those bars. I have heard a number of people who complained about the elevators on the Bliss, other than the first day we never had any big issues getting on and off. Remember folks there is 4000 people on the ship so don't get to upset if you have to wait 4-5 min. Just to finish this up we very happy with the ship and service, food was much better than expected even in the buffet where we actually had prime rib one evening. I do want to bring one bad experience we had was the one night we had reserved for Thanksgiving night. We reserved a night in the dinning room and according to the Maitre D the next evening they they lost all reservations for the dinning room for that evening. We where not told that when we checked in only it would be an hour before we could be seated. I was not a happy camper. Nobody at the desk could explain what the problem was so we where very disappointed. I did discuss this with the Maaitre D the next day that he should have been in the fire at the desk to explain what the problem was but he was no where to be found. The next night while we where having dinner the Restaurant Manager (Rogeliza Nanad) found us and explained what happened and we had a great 15 min conversation with her. She is top notch and will to help anyone out. We have developed a great relationship with her and this is one of many reason that we Booked the Encore for Thanksgiving as she will be on the ship. If anyone has any questions please put a notice on cruise critic and I will answer all your questions. I hope this helps everyone and sorry if things are a little jumble up. Read Less
