Embarkation: First want to say that Parking and drop off was very confusing. Very small terminal and parking was 75 dollars for 5 days. NO secure parking. Second the check in was easy and fast. Got to desk and was handed keys to room in about 10 min. Then boarded the ship. Customs was quick and easy.

When we got in line, the cruise did not start boarding until 1:30 PM on Sunday. The line was long and it was a hot day but the excitement seemed to make the time go by fast. Although it was convenient to cruise out of Norfolk(only 3 hr ride from our house), this port has some problems moving people on & off the ship. It really surprised me because the other ports I've sailed out usually have smoother embarkation & disembarkation procedures!
