"Spoiler, the next day no table the guy they sent over was not the manager it was a circus again as they did not reserve a table for us, they finally sorted things and got a us a table with a competent waiter who we would have for the rest of the cruise and at least the service was good from this point forward.No interesting talks, demonstrations, etc on sea days and less live music BB kings wasn't even open every day, nothing at the pool but really bad piped in music...."Read More

I am incredibly disappointed with HAL. I have traveled multiple times with this line and was always delighted.

The good:
-Room steward for our Stateroom 61** (Yurid?) was outstanding.
-Tamarind restaurant - Bonita and Ing Ing were five star servers

This was my 5th time on this ship. 3 times on the LRBC chartered cruise, once with my elderly MIL and this time with a friend.

We're past HA Cruisers. We have 15+ cruises that we've enjoyed. Everything was really good about his cruise except 3 things.
1. The boarding process was a cattle car. 1500 or so people stuck in a terminal in Ft. Lauderdale with room for 800 to sit. And it took forever to get all the groups aboard.
2. The internet speed.
3. The internet being down far too often.
