What a pleasure

Review for a Europe - Western Mediterranean Cruise on World Navigator

Our first cruise. Living near cruise ports, we have come to despise the mega-ship monstrosities and were looking for a smaller ship. Atlas fit the bill. The price was right. The cabin was ideal. No, not huge but big enough with beautiful bathroom and a nice balcony. The attention to detail was striking. Because of the small ship size, access to all parts of the ship made it easy to never ...

We wanted to try a smaller ship and the price point was good,,,second person sails free. Everything except excursions were included. Our bill at the end of our journey from Nice to Malaga was nine dollars for laundry. The interior of the ship was shiny and beautiful. The common rooms were very comfortable and never crowded. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Very friendly ...

Please know that I’m just a regular person, not a TA or an Atlas employee or some sort of influencer. We were first introduced to Atlas by a great offer to Antarctica in January on World Traveller, sister ship to World Navigator. Staterooms on both ships are very comfortable. We had the lowest grade veranda cabin which is very comfortable, ample Euro and US sockets, as well as USB inputs, ...

This was to be our first river cruise after exclusively going on ocean cruises. We weren't sure if it would be what we are interested in. We chose a shorter cruise (8 days) on a less travelled river to avoid larger crowds. It is a different experience never being out of sight of land and all activities on board occurring at a fixed time. It is also very different travelling with 120 passengers ...

Our first river cruise with friends who had done 4 other river cruises.we spent two days in Nice , traveled to the ship to geton in Arles, stopped in Avignon, Viviers, and two days in lyon. Then a train to paris for two days. A way to experience France that you would probably not do on your own. Meeting local people in each town and city , going to their homes, eating in out of the way ...

I chose this cruise because it was one I had not been on and it was a good price. Because of a problem with the airline I completely missed Nice ,which was a big disappointment..through no fault of Grand Circle. When I finally arrived GC had a car and driver waiting and whisked me away to Arles to the ship. So I didn't miss any of the cruise. The ship crew was amazing! Our guide , Kevin was ...

AOV was an unknown quantity to us, but the timing fit our XL anniversary quite nicely, and MAN, does the photo of the ship look sexy or what! Coincidentally, we'd just come off of another "Navigator" cruise earlier in the month (RSSC), which we took as 'a sign' when we decided to book it. No doubt, the comparison will be with that cruise (14-nts in the Caribbean) as well we with our SS cruise the ...

• Embarking and disembarking – easy, quick, and no issues with luggage. Only 98 passengers on board so I think that helps, but we had no waits, no lines, nothing for the entire 12 nights. • The stateroom – incredible. Horizon cabin and having the extra balcony space inside the cabin was awesome. The bathroom and shower – top tier! Cabin steward was awesome and we got into a great rhythm with ...

My partner is a Cruise Travel Agent and we were curious about this new cruise line so we booked a cruise while we were in the EU. First of all I feel very badly for the large majority of the crew who try really hard to provide excellent service. The ship is beautiful and very comfortable other than the lack of deck mapping as several guests were lost trying to get to a spot. The biggest ...
