(4:18 p.m. GMT) -- Marella Cruises has refurbished the teen hangout hub "Hideout" on Marella Discovery, the line has exclusively revealed.
The Hideout, which already boats a dance floor and DJ booth, now comes with a 65-inch TV, Xbox Kinect, air hockey table and brand-new logo and brick effect wall with the name "Hideout" in graffiti style.
The room also has the addition of comfortable bean bag seating and a high bench table with USB sockets so that teens can keep their mobile phones and gaming devices fully charged.
Chris Hackney, managing director of Marella Cruises, said: "We're really excited about the refurbishment of Hideout on Marella Discovery. Our continued investment into the fleet highlights our pledge of putting customers at the heart of what we do, and the new area will offer more choice and variety of activities onboard for teenagers."
The line confirmed there are no plans for refurbishments to the teen facilities on its other ships at this point.
Marella will launch new ship Marella Explorer in May. It will be the line's third new ship in as many years and will also be its biggest yet.
