(11:15 a.m. EDT) -- Celebrity Cruises is partnering with "Fine Cooking Magazine" to bring elements of the publication's Emmy Award-nominated public television series "Moveable Feast" to ships throughout the line's fleet. The cruise line will also offer two "Moveable Feast"-themed sailings in the upcoming months.

On the TV, the show focuses on the farm-to-table movement, with the chef hosts engaging in cooking events with chefs and food artisans across the United States. The at-sea version, called Moveable Feast with Celebrity Cruises, will include a Moveable Feast Night in the main dining room, hands-on cooking demonstrations and Chef's Market Discoveries excursions that emulate the "Moveable Feast" experience and invite small numbers of passengers to shop with the chef for the freshest local ingredients, then watch as a private dinner is prepared for them back at the ship.

Also part of the program, Celebrity will offer two Moveable Feast Signature Sailings featuring some of the series' chefs including James Beard Award winners Michelle Bernstein (Celebrity Equinox, December 16, 2017) and Bryan Voltaggio (Celebrity Summit, April 29, 2018). On each sailing, cruisers will have the chance to meet the chefs, attend chef-led cooking demonstrations and join the chefs on capacity-controlled excursions.

"We're absolutely thrilled to announce our partnership with Fine Cooking magazine and Moveable Feast. After all, it's a show that blends two of the things we love most -- and do best -- traveling beyond borders to places that will inspire you and creating flavors that will thrill your palate like never before," said Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, president and CEO of Celebrity Cruises.

Moveable Feast with Celebrity Cruises is available on all ships except those based in the Galapagos.
