DNCE performing on Harmony of the Seas

(1:45 p.m. EDT) -- Looking to have some cake with your Total Eclipse sailing on Oasis of the Seas? Now you can, with multiplatinum-selling band DNCE (whose hit song "Cake by the Ocean" went to number nine on the Billboards in 2016).

The band, which previously performed for Royal Caribbean cruisers on Harmony of the Seas during the ship's U.S. debut last November, will perform August 21 during the eclipse viewing on Oasis of the Seas. They will be joined by a surprise guest.

"When we were invited to headline this once-in-a-lifetime event, we didn't think twice," said Joe Jonas, a member of the band. "What could be more out of this world than witnessing a full solar eclipse at sea?"

Passengers booked on the Total Eclipse Cruise should visit Royal Caribbean's website to reserve their complimentary seats for the concert.

In addition to the viewing party, Oasis of the Seas cruisers will be treated to other eclipse-themed activities including dance parties, trivia and interactive science fun for kids. A number of cocktails and menu dishes with eclipse-inspired names will be available as well.

The seven-night sailing, which departs August 20 from Port Canaveral, will give passengers the perfect viewpoint to witness the "Great American Eclipse" on August 21.
