(2 p.m. EDT) -- Windstar has added three free shore excursions on some of its sailings in Greece and Turkey this summer. The promotion is available on four itineraries. The trips also have Windstar's new Private Events, complimentary excursions aimed at giving passengers an in-depth local experience.

Cunard's Three Queens Cruise Ships to Perform 'River Dance' in Liverpool

Cunard's Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria will perform a series of maneuvers to mark the company's 175th anniversary and to salute Liverpool, the city where the company began in 1840. The ships will perform what the company is calling a 'river dance,' which will be broadcast live via satellite on Cunard's website between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. BST (that's 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. EDT) on Monday, May 25. The ships will sail against the backdrop of Liverpool's Three Graces, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that includes the Cunard Building, the company's headquarters from 1916 to1967.

Hurtigruten Adds Ship to Antarctica

Hurtigruten is moving 674-passenger Midnatsol to Antarctica for the 2016/2017 season. The ship joins the line's other expedition vessel, Fram, in the region. Midnatsol's 10 Antarctic voyages will depart form Punta Arenas in Chile, and range from 15 to 18 days.
