The good news for cruise travellers is that, because Windsor & Neate Travel was an ABTA member, they do have recourse for lost bookings. A spokesperson for ABTA tells Cruise Critic today that impacted customers should contact travel insurance provider CEGA, its partner, which will handle all retail claims.
