(3:05 p.m. EDT) -- Royal Caribbean is introducing a new cabin category to cruise ships across its fleet, with the first rollouts beginning in 2021. Spa staterooms will offer a variety of soothing amenities, including a one-time discount on a spa treatment of your choice.
"Royal Caribbean's Spa staterooms are a retreat for connecting, relaxing and recharging with every detail considered to empower our guests' relaxation and wellbeing," a spokesperson for the cruise line said.
Cruisers staying in these rooms will receive 50 percent off one spa treatment per stateroom, priority spa reservations, a welcome basket of fresh fruit, daily coffee and tea delivery, in-room amenities including lush bedding and bathroom amenities, a jetted showerhead and a Bluetooth speaker.
Spa cabins will be featured on Radiance-, Voyager-, Freedom-, Oasis-, Quantum- and Quantum Ultra-class ships. They will be open for booking later this month for cruises departing in 2021/2022.
